Uni4m Media is delighted to announce the official re-launch of its social media podcast series, The Social Jar, with The Social Jar #1.

The pandemic, combined with several changes within the company, meant that the bi-weekly podcast was put on a hiatus – until now.

The show is filmed, presented, and edited in-house and is hosted by a member of Uni4m’s social media team, Dan Wiseman. For each episode, he will be joined by Andreas Georgiou (brand strategist) and Ryan Long (graphic designer), to pluck three topics from within ‘the social jar’ – the world of social media – that have been in the news in the days leading up to the show.

Ranging from the big, the small to the outright ridiculous, the subjects that are discussed within each episode will keep you up-to-date with the crazy world of social media, whilst guaranteeing a laugh or two along the way.

This week in The Social Jar #1, ahead of the start of EURO 2020, Dan questions whether the social media teams of sporting outfits are merely PR machines for global superstars, Andreas talks YouTube Shorts, and how the platform indicates a shift in strategy for YouTube and NFTs, before Ryan presents his case for the importance of quality graphic design within an era of quantity-over-quality social media content.

The Social Jar #1 can be found on podcast-sharing platforms BuzzsproutApple PodcastsSpotify, and there’s even a video version available to watch on YouTube. Highlights will appear across Uni4m’s social media accounts
