Uni4m x Watch This Space

We’re delighted to announce that we will be continuing our partnership with property developers Watch This Space! 

In February of 2021, Uni4m Media Founder, Andreas Georgiou began the search for the perfect office space, to take the company to the next level. With a rapidly growing team, the hope was to find a place where we could fully bring our creativity to life — somewhere that could really capture the essence of Uni4m as a dynamic agency. Finally, when the team came across Watch This Space, Andreas knew it would be a match made in heaven. 

Watch This Space is a privately owned property investment and urban development company that is passionate about transforming ordinary spaces… into amazing places! In addition to being masters of property regeneration, the Watch This Space team are fellow supporters of the We Love Manchester charity, with Andreas and Watch This Space Founder Michelle Rothwell sitting on their Board of Trustees. 

Since finding comfort here and making plenty of great friends, Uni4m and Watch This Space have supported one another as brand partners. Our most notable project was the creation of their new, modern website which would harmonise with their company values. 

When Watch This Space expressed interest in giving their company a refreshed digital look, we knew it would be right up our street. Our creative team was thrilled to be able to craft a fresh website and supply unique elements, as well as assemble a branded newsletter, to meet their goals. Watch This Space’s simple branding meant that our designers had a lot to explore, leveraging the vivid pink colour to symbolise modernism and experimenting with shapes to represent their various property styles.  

The result was a fully functioning, clean yet appealing set of web pages that illustrated Watch This Space’s nod to the bright future. We seasoned it even further with a few magic touches of creative copy. 

We want to give a huge thank you to Watch This Space Founder Michelle and Office Manager Elaine for being so accommodating, fuelling our ambition, and giving Uni4m a true home. 

Uni4m Media and Watch This Space will continue to explore dynamic ways to work and interact with each other, as two credible Manchester based businesses who are committed to making an impact in Greater Manchester and beyond.
